The Worcester Wreath Company, in Harrington, Maine, is where Morrill Worcester’s dream of Wreaths Across America began in 1992.

Their Dream: Karen and Morrill Worcester hoped to place a wreath on the grave of each Veteran buried at Arlington National Cemetery. The dream is becoming a reality and expanding to Veterans’ gravesites and cemeteries throughout our country with the help of volunteers everywhere. Our family will be helping place wreaths on the graves of our country’s Veterans on Saturday, December 16, 2023 at Arlington National Cemetery. If you are in the area that day, join us and all the volunteers, as we honor our veterans. Over 250,000 wreaths are expected to arrive that day delivered by volunteer trucking companies and their drivers. Please visit their website at for all the info on this special organization. Take time to watch their inspiring videos.

Their mission is simple. Remember. Honor. Teach.

“To be killed in war is not the worst that can happen. To be lost is not the worst that can happen… to be forgotten is the worst.”
— Pierre Claeyssens (1909-2003)
