Can I phone or fax in my order?
Yes, our sales, customer service and technical assistance teams are available to answer your questions or resolve problems online or on the phone during regular business hours Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, EST. You may place your order online anytime. We accept Purchase Orders from Schools and Government Organizations. Payment on all Purchase Orders is due 30 days net. Payment Remit Address: Lamination King, PO Box 1029, Englewood, FL 34295-1029. Purchase Orders from Companies will be accepted after receiving approval from our accounting department. Please call 1-866-227-4316 to request a credit application.
How are my shipping charges determined?
We use the UPS published rates, based on weight and destination. We do not charge a handling fee. UPS delivers on business days, M-F.
What methods of payment do you accept?
Master Card, Visa, American Express, and Discover.
When will my credit card be charged?
Your card will be charged when your order is placed.
When is my order shipped?
After your credit card is authorized, your order, pending the items are in stock, will be shipped on the next business day. Your order should arrive during the next four to seven business days. If your item(s) is not in stock, you will be notified on the next business day after your order has been authorized. Please note that at times, items may be shipped from different warehouses.

We ship to the US and Canada. Website freight and shipping rates for all products to Alaska, Hawaii Canada,and FPO/APO addresses are not applicable, please call for shipping quotations. Free shipping on selected machines and film, where listed on the website, is only available with the 48 continental US, and is not available for shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada or FPO/APO addresses. Call customer service 866-227-4316 for freight quotes to those areas.
What about truck shipments?
Truck shipments do not include inside delivery or lift gate. Rates quoted are dock to dock.The purchaser is responsible for moving the shipment from the back of the truck. If you do not have a loading dock, and a lift gate and/or inside delivery are needed, there is an additional cost. Please call for details and rates.
Can orders be shipped to foreign countries?
We ship only to the US and Canada. A street address is required for shipping.
How can I find out the status of my order?
Email or call our customer service department, give them your order number, and they will tell you the status of your order. After it is shipped, we are able to give you a tracking number.
Will I be charged sales tax?
If your shipping address is in Florida you will be charged sales tax. Please let us know if your organization is tax exempt. We need your Tax Exempt Certificate or Resale Exempt Certificate on file for all Florida tax exempt customers, otherwise sales tax will be charged.
What is the return policy?
Lamination King will accept returns on MACHINES for up to 21 days from the date of purchase. On Stock Supplies, returns will be accepted for up to 14 days after the date of purchase on UNOPENED Supplies only. We are unable to accept returns of custom cut roll film or custom made machines.You must notify Lamination King of your intent to return merchandise by phoning 1-866-227-4316 and receive an RA#. This RA# needs to be on all labels and noted inside the package with returned product. All items must be returned in their original packaging. There will be a 25% restocking fee charge and the customer will be responsible for the returned freight charge. If the wrong merchandise was ordered and is unopened we will exchange that merchandise for the correct product, if returned within 30 days in original unopened boxes. Lamination King Warranties
After the 21 day return period on machines, and 14 days on supplies, as in our return policy, products that are defective or broken, are covered by the manufacturer under the terms of their warranty. We support the original manufacturer warranties, and will be happy to work with you and the manufacturer through their warranty policy. Customer will be responsible for freight charges and returning product in original packaging.
